His expertise is an inheritance of wisdom, a pioneering spirit that understands the rhythm of the land and soul of its people. He learned the art of safari from the time when the paths were unmarked and the wild was truly untamed. His passion is a tribute to a glorious past, built on a foundation of time-honored tradition and unparalleled insight.

I stand with my eyes on the horizon. As a new generation travel guide, I carry the legacy of my father, but I bring a fresh, youthful energy to every journey we create. Having grown up in the right mentorship and same wilderness we explore, my passion is to blend his rich heritage with the innovative spirit of modern adventure. My goal is to ensure safari is more than a checklist, it should be an exhilarating, vibrant and personal experience that speaks to the contemporary traveler.
We started Sabertooth Trek Expeditions because we were tired of seeing tourists get crowdedΒ in overpriced minivans to the same predictable spots. Our founder, Elvis, was a guide for 15+ years and saw that travelers craved real adventure, not just a photo op.
We are different because of our experienced and skilled guides. We don’t hire drivers; we hire experts , who can read the bush like a map and find a cheetah based on a single bird’s alarm call.Β
