After breakfast your guide will collect you for the two hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and majestic baobab trees. Spend the day on game drives across seasonal swamps and open savannah, watching for elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and predators such as lions and leopards. A picnic lunch will be served in the park. In the evening return to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Depart early for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend to the crater floor for a full day of wildlife viewing. The crater supports a dense concentration of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, prides of lions, and black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool then continue game viewing in the afternoon. After the crater drive, ascend the rim and visit the town of Mto wa Mbu to experience Maasai village life before returning to Arusha for the night.

After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Lake Manyara is known for its shallow soda lake that attracts thousands of flamingos and for its diverse habitats that support elephants, hippos, giraffes, and the locally famous tree climbing lions. After a scenic lunch, transfer to Arusha for your flight to Zanzibar. Arrive in Stone Town and transfer to your hotel.
